Elevate The Youth CIC

Elevate The Youth CIC was created to provide a range of support and learning programmes aimed at promoting and supporting young people (predominantly Black Asian and Minority Ethnic and/or Not in Education Employment or Training) into career in the construction and built environment industry (trade and professional)!
We also provide a programmes for school, colleges etc and offer a bespoke student-teacher engagement mentor support for our young people to reduce exclusions, expulsions and drop outs.
A career in the construction industry is more rewarding that most young people know and in the construction industry BAME youths are heavily under represented and this needs to change!
