Family Lives is a national family support charity providing help and support on all aspects of family life from bullying to behaviour, emotional health to relationships and more. We provide a confidential helpline 0808 800 2222, befriending, courses and workshops and online advice via our website.

What we do
In an exciting partnership with Coventry City Council, we are providing one-to-one support for families who are going through challenging times and need help to find a positive way forward. By matching parents with a trained volunteer, we are able to give families support to work out their own solutions for a better future.
Volunteers visit the family once a week for six months, offering emotional support and a practical hand getting started with tasks. They help families in many ways; it might be support to find a family routine that works for them, or going with a parent the first time they attend a children’s centre. It can be assisting with filling in forms or making a family budget
