Progress aims to help young people across Coventry who are not in employment, education or training navigate a path towards a successful future. Our Progress Coach will support young people so that they can develop the individual living skills needed to improve their chances of work and successfully maintain a tenancy. The programme will be delivered through hands on training and one to one support around a range of subjects including:

  • Budgeting and banking
  • Benefits advice
  • Practical home skills
  • Knowing your rights and responsibilities
  • Healthy lifestyles and cooking
  • Improving your chances of finding work

Progress is open to any young person with the right to live and work in the UK who meets the following criteria:

  • Aged 15 to 19, and up to 24 for care leavers or those with disabilities
  • Lives in Coventry
  • Unemployed or economically inactive
  • Not in education, employment or training (NEET) or at risk of becoming a NEET
